Today, I went to the lactation specialist to make sure that Logan is getting enough milk when he is nursing. Chris and I were both concerned he may not be getting four ounces, because he seemed to still be hungry when he finished nursing. Well, when I went in, I weighed him before feeding and he weighed 10.008 pounds!!! This is so wonderful because weight gain has been a concern since he was born, because he lost 20% of his body weight two days after he came home. I weighed him again when we were finished and he weighed 10.045 ounces and he had spit up some of the milk. So, all is well; he is getting plenty of milk and he is gaining weight at good rate.
While we were at Chris's parents house, Logan's Aunt Alesha took some super cute pictures of our little man. I think they are super cute so I wanted to share them.

ReplyDeleteHey I just got the comment you left on my page I have a long way to go, so the two pounds is just a drop in the bucket but I am totally happy with any loss, don't worry you have plenty of time to think about any weight loss you need, not that I think you need to lose any you look great to me. Much love to all of you guys, I hope we can all get together soon.
